​Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno was born in San Salvador and relocated to California when he was a child. Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno fell in love with the land and wanted to do all he could to experience the finest that life has to offer. Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno was able to attend a trade school and learn the ins and outs of running a company. Then Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno relocated to Georgia in search of a better life and career. Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno collaborated with his family to ensure that the Latin community received the finest services possible. Fernando Jose Cuellar Membreno raised three children, all of whom are currently in college. The eldest just graduated and plans to enter medical school the following year. The other children are studying business and biology.
